Imprint
Senior Enterprise IT Engineer
Salary
Job description
WHO WE ARE
Imprint is reimagining co-branded credit cards & financial products to be smarter, more rewarding, and truly brand-first. We partner with companies like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell to launch modern credit programs that deepen loyalty, unlock savings, and drive growth. Our platform combines advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and seamless UX to help brands offer powerful financial products—without becoming a bank.
Co-branded cards account for over $300 billion in U.S. annual spend—but most are still powered by legacy banks. Imprint is the modern alternative: flexible, tech-forward, and built for today’s consumer. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, and Khosla Ventures, we’re building a world-class team to redefine how people pay—and how brands grow. If you want to work fast, solve hard problems, and make a real impact, we’d love to meet you.
As Senior Enterprise IT Engineer, you will own the design, automation, management, and support of Imprint’s core IT infrastructure and employee technology services. This role is critical to maintaining our security posture, scaling internal operations, and building reliable systems that enable employees to work efficiently across a distributed organization.
You will partner closely with Security, Engineering, People, Finance, Legal, and business teams to understand pain points, gather requirements, and design scalable IT systems, identity and access controls, device management workflows, software administration processes, and automations. As Imprint becomes an AI-native company, you will help define and build the IT systems, workflows, automations, and AI-enabled solutions that support this vision.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can both administer enterprise systems and design, build, automate, and continuously improve solutions using AI where appropriate. You should be comfortable writing code, integrating SaaS platforms, designing secure workflows, maintaining reliable IT services, and managing IT systems with an eye toward cost, scalability, operational efficiency, and AI-enabled productivity.
