Senior Consultant (Business Analyst), High Tech

The business analyst works with customers and/or systems integrator on software solution implementation projects. Our Business Analysts will lead customer-facing sessions for requirements gathering via user stories, process mapping, process improvements, functional design of enhancements via use cases, and they assist in application configuration and testing activities. Our Business Analysts may also conduct training sessions and perform application demonstrations.
