The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Inspection Specialist responsible for conducting residential property inspections across approximately 800 homes in the New Braunfels and Seguin markets. This field-based role focuses on documenting property conditions, identifying maintenance and safety concerns, and providing detailed repair recommendations to support property management operations.

This part-time role, averaging 32 hours per week, requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to efficiently manage inspection reporting within AppFolio and CRM platforms. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.

*Part time, approximately 32 hours per week. This role will require travel across our New Braunfels and Seguin territories and go into the New Braunfels office approximately 1 day per week.
