SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Join our growing Transport Division as a Heavy Transport Superintendent based in Port Hedland. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex heavy haulage operations across multiple sites and clients while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery. As the Heavy Transport Superintendent, you will lead operational teams, manage transport activities from planning through execution, and ensure all works are completed in line with legislative, safety, and client requirements. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and takes pride in building high-performing teams. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Lead and oversee day-to-day heavy haulage transport operations in Pilbra Region Promote a strong safety-first culture across day-to-day operations Maintain compliance with Mammoet and all applicable Heavy Vehicle and Main Roads legislation, regulations, and policies (fatigue management, permits, drivers’ competences and training etc.) Ensure operational performance aligns with client expectations and project requirements Supervise crews to deliver work safely, efficiently, and within budget (when required) Close interaction and cooperation with internal stakeholders within Mammoet Port Hedland Branch (cranes), Maintenance Department, Special Devices.
