Overview Activate the GROHE brand strategy to deliver annual growth goals across US, CA & Mexico showrooms. (NS, brand awareness, showroom growth) Build & execute plans that bring the brand to life with consumers and the A&D community. Responsibilities Help build & execute annual brand strategy through America’s activation. Drive development & execution of GTM plans, core product support/ relaunches, & market specific initiates- events- to drive growth with both consumers and the A&D community. Through aligned Americas strategy: Lead owned channels: organic social, website & brand newsletters for US & CA Lead earned- PR/influencer management & support market specific initiatives ( events) to target designers & high end consumer Support needs of the showroom channel to drive customer growth & strong showroom execution Influence the evolution of global assets for local market relevance & maintain strong connection with global brand & GBI partners to ensure alignment. Lead the development of local brand assets to support paid, owned & earned channels, as well as priority customer needs. (internal creative studios briefing process) Manage brand budget and optimize spend for ROI & ROO, facilitating with finance monthly. Understand & leverage consumer insights to help make decisions grounded in data Work closely with brand leader to ensure seamless integration of Americas owned & earned strategy Work closely with channel marketing & sales to ensure executional excellence. Maintains analytical review of the business on going- media performance, competitive & category trends, to shape annual planning & ongoing business optimization. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required. 3 + years’ experience in Sales/Marketing of consumer products, luxury bathing or a client facing agency role Proven successful in the following areas: category/channel management, brand management, PR or media execution Relentless curiosity to understand and improve products and the experience surrounding them Ability to travel domestically, internationally possible but less likely Ability to translate/read Spanish or French a plus, but not required Utilization of analytics, trends and consumer research to provide insights to the business and make fact based decisions Strong communication and influencing skills working with external (customer) and internal stakeholders. Professional knowledge: Stays current on industry changes, consumer behavior & media landscape Hiring Range The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $xx,xxx- $xx,xxx annually. (Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
