What the day will look like Some of your key responsibilities will involve but not be limited to: Lead the design, strategy, and placement of PI programmes Drive new business development through prospecting, broking design, and client presentations. Shape and implement broking strategies for key clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal collaborators to align solutions with strategic objectives. Provide expert market insights and guidance, resolving placement issues and enhancing client service. Mentor and support colleagues while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business procedures.
