What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Lead the store end-to-end setting the pace for performance, customer experience and team culture across the flagship environment. 

  • Own store performance taking accountability for sales, customer outcomes and operational excellence. 

  • Build and develop your team investing in capability, coaching and career growth to create a high-performing team. 

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences. Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one. 

  • Be the Go-To Tech Expert. Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions. 

  • Achieve and Excel. Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected. 

  • Collaborate and Contribute. Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.
