We are looking for Plant Director at one of our locations in Asia region - Vietnam (Hai Phong City) Your tasks: Support plant strategic planning by translating business goals into short- and medium-term plans, defining plant-specific objectives, prioritizing them, and monitoring achievement. Plan and manage the area budget in coordination with headquarters, ensuring compliance and implementing corrective actions for deviations. Lead personnel planning with HQ and local HR, ensuring recruitment of qualified staff and providing technical and disciplinary leadership, including personnel decisions in alignment with HR and supervisors. Ensure quality across all technical and commercial processes in line with customer expectations, while performing root cause analyses and implementing effective corrective and preventive measures. Guarantee compliance with all statutory, company, and customer requirements (e.g., safety, health, environmental standards). Oversee all site functions (production, logistics, quality, finance, HR, IT, purchasing), ensuring performance targets are met and deviations are addressed. Identify improvement opportunities and drive implementation of process, structural, and methodological enhancements using continuous improvement tools (e.g., PDCA, Six Sigma, nonconformity control). Lead and drive lean transformation initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and optimize supply chain/material flow. Ensure effective collaboration and alignment with international stakeholders, improving communication and team integration. Actively participate in company programs and initiatives (quality, continuous improvement, training, HR, safety, hygiene, environment).
