Job description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote a new service offered on the e-commerce platform.
- Identify customer needs and schedule product/service demonstrations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outbound calls and demonstration targets set by management.
- Recording prospects' emails, maintaining accurate customer records and updating sales information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and abandoned carts to convert them into successful sales.
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and delivery options to customers.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Minimum Bachelor's in Business Administration or any related field
- Experience should be 6 months - 12 months in B2B Sales
- Experience in telesales, cold calling, and indoor sales adds an advantage
- Exposure to Digital Tools & E-commerce required
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
- Must have a basic understanding of Telephone Etiquette
- This role is open to Tanzanian Nationals ONLY
- Candidates must be between the ages of 23 and 28
