Senior Backend Engineer (C#/ Node.js) - IoT Projects We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join a team building modern IoT platform solutions and scalable backend services. The role focuses on developing API and middleware layers used by mobile, web, and internal systems within a distributed cloud-based environment. Additional information Work mode: Hybrid (Wrocław) or fully remote Rate: 110 - 140 PLN/h Responsibilities Design and develop backend applications and middleware components for scalable IoT solutions. Build and maintain REST APIs, WebSocket communication, and asynchronous integrations. Create and optimize data models using relational and NoSQL databases. Cooperate on cloud deployments, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure automation. Ensure high software quality through TDD, unit testing, and integration testing. Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Requirements Strong commercial experience with either C#/.NET 6 or Node.js with TypeScript. Very good understanding of microservices architecture, REST standards, and event-driven systems. Hands-on experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus. Practical knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis, Cosmos DB). Familiarity with cloud and containerized environments, including Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, or Linux-based systems. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices. Good communication skills and fluent English. Nice to have Knowledge of Git workflows and version control best practices. Experience with monitoring and logging tools in cloud environments. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
