Warehouse Assistant

Located in Greece, we specialize in the deployment of advanced optical fiber networks and telecommunications systems. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by managing the inventory of materials and ensuring efficient logistics for our projects. Responsibilities Assist in the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Organize and manage warehouse storage to optimize space and accessibility. Prepare materials and equipment for upcoming jobs, ensuring that all tools are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to project sites. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Support other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate warehouse operations.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional warehouse management training is a plus. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks safely. Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
