SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As Head of Sales – Decorative Segment, you will lead the growth of the Decorative business in Pakistan by turning strategy into results, inspiring strong performance, and fostering close collaboration across the organization. This is an opportunity to shape direction, build momentum, and make a visible contribution to both business success and long-term market development.

This position is based in our Head office in Lahore and reports to the General Manager of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute as a key member of the Local Management Team, helping shape the company’s direction and translating strategy into clear priorities for the Decorative Segment.

  • Lead the Decorative business with a clear focus on performance, commercial growth, and operational excellence, working closely with managers to deliver strong and sustainable results.

  • Build and strengthen a high-performing sales organization through effective hiring, coaching, development, and retention, while setting clear expectations, role modelling Jotun’s leadership expectations, and strengthening Jotun’s company culture, the Penguin Spirit, across the team.

  • Create clarity across the organization by aligning responsibilities, strengthening collaboration, and ensuring the right capabilities and resources are in place to meet business needs.

  • Work closely with key business areas, including Marketing, Finance, and operations, to deliver a strong and seamless customer and commercial experience.

We are looking for:

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

  • At least 12 years of sales experience with a strong record of business growth and results.

  • At least 7 years of experience leading complex sales organizations across regions.

  • Solid experience in both retail sales and institutional business.

  • Identifies and seizes commercial opportunities; has a strong positive impact on business growth and profitability
