What is the plan for Site Lead? Just “other duties as assigned”? I understand that experience is a nice to have based on your org structure but it’s definitely things I am expected to be doing, meetings, helping Facilities, etc.
I have seen this historically in SEIT and not SW for having real experience. Perhaps “exposure” or “awareness” is better or possibly put this bullet in the PQs?
Not sure what product-based development is versus normal application development.
