Stay current with evolving agentic ecosystem and bring forward practical adoption ideas while keeping solutions enterprise-safe. Use Case Discovery & Data-Informed Automation (≈25%) Identify and size automation opportunities by analyzing ticket/request patterns, repeatable manual work, deflection/containment signals, and common colleague friction points. Convert insights into a prioritized backlog of automations with clear scope, encouraged impact, success metrics, and rollout/enablement plan. Track outcomes post-deployment and continuously improve. Operational Excellence & Reliability (≈15%) Ensure delivered automations/agents are production-ready with monitoring signals, operational playbooks, documentation, and support readiness. Participate in incident/problem reviews for automation-related failures, drive root cause fixes, and preventive improvements. Maintain standards for secure development and responsible AI use as per enterprise expectations. Collaboration & Partner Partnership (≈10%) Work with service owners, SMEs, and operations teams to refine requirements and validate outcomes. Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly; bring up early when constraints appear. Contribute to team rituals/cadence: backlog refinement, demos, retros, and documentation reviews. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Strong hands-on capability in automation and building production solutions. Demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly and apply them to real business problems. Working knowledge of agentic AI platforms, workflow automation, API integrations, scripting/programming, and Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Comfort working in an Agile delivery model and delivering iteratively.
