What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with growers, providing expert agronomic recommendations that maximize yield and profitability.
- Lead by example — demonstrate sales excellence while mentoring and supporting newer sales representatives.
- Collaborate closely with management to execute territory growth strategies and strengthen the company’s market position.
- Contribute to the development of sales initiatives, marketing strategies, and team best practices.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to customer success.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of proven success in agronomy sales, preferably with a track record of mentoring or supporting other sales professionals.
- Deep understanding of seed, fertilizer, and chemical sales directly to growers.
- A genuine passion for helping others succeed and fostering a strong team culture.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a customer-first approach.
- B.S. in Agriculture, Ag Business, or a related field (required).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000/year
- Commission: Significant earning potential based on performance
