What the day will look like Program Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and report data on global benefit plans (health, retirement, insurance, leaves, allowances, etc.). Ensure clients' deliverables such as regional and/or global stewardship reports are given to Consultants/ Senior Consultants/ IPLs for peer review on a timely basis. Maintain accuracy of data entry and timely updates in Greater Insights by local teams within agreed timeline. Plan Administration & Operations Support day-to-day administration of benefits in different countries, working with Aon local team, HR and vendors. Liaise with local teams to project manage and ensure the renewal activities and plan changes are on track. Support and coordinate annual renewals and placements in partnership with regional/local client teams and Aon local broking colleagues (RFP support, quote comparison, rate and design analysis). Maintain updated tracking tools (renewal tracker, issue log & project trackers) including tracking of financials of the clients' premiums. Raise regional coordination fee timely Compliance & Governance Assist in preparing and/or reviewing relevant documents to ensure benefits programs comply with local laws, regulations, and internal policies. Supports audit, documentation, and internal controls related to global benefits. Help track legislative changes that may impact benefit plans. Maintain the global inventory of Aon benefit plans, capturing design features, eligibility rules, vendors and costs. Up to date client folder management in shared folders Vendor & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Aon local team, insurers, and other benefits vendors to resolve issues and improve service. Coordinate with client HR teams to understand market practices and employee needs. Joint participation with Consultants/ Senior Consultants/ IPLs in regular cadence call with the Client. Support RFPs and vendor evaluations for benefits providers. Act as a day‑to‑day analytical and coordination contact for regional/local client teams on benefits questions and projects. Coordinate with internal Aon local teams and external providers (insurers, TPAs, wellbeing partners) on data, reporting and performance topics. Employee Support & Communication Coordinate response and/or provide appropriate response to any escalated employee and/or HR inquiries regarding global benefit programs. Help to review - clear, employee-friendly communications, guides, and FAQs prepared by Aon local teams or providers. Support global benefits education and awareness initiatives. Support benefits input into budgeting and forecasting cycles.
