Job description
At Forum One, we help mission-driven organizations create digital experiences that advance their impact. We partner with leading nonprofit organizations and government agencies to solve complex challenges through strategy, design, technology, and data.
We are seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead analytics strategy and measurement across client engagements while helping evolve Forum One’s analytics practice. This role combines consulting, technical implementation, and team leadership. You’ll help clients define meaningful success metrics, implement modern analytics solutions, and translate data into actionable insights that drive mission outcomes.
We’re looking for someone with strong consulting instincts, hands-on analytics expertise, and a perspective on where measurement is headed — including AI-driven search and discovery, AI visibility, privacy changes, and evolving analytics ecosystems.
What You’ll Do
You’ll partner closely with clients and internal teams to define measurement strategies, implement analytics solutions, and turn data into actionable insights that support mission-driven goals. This role blends strategic consulting, hands-on analytics leadership, and team management, with opportunities to help shape how Forum One approaches AI visibility, AI-driven discovery, and modern measurement practices.
Strategy & Analysis
- Lead discovery engagements to define business objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks aligned to organizational goals
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Develop analytics strategies that connect digital performance to mission outcomes
- Advise clients on evolving trends in analytics, including AI visibility, AI-driven search behavior, privacy changes, and modern measurement approaches
Configuration & Implementation
- Lead implementation and configuration of analytics platforms, including GA4, GTM, SEO, and AI visibility tools, and CRM systems
- Design and document data flows across platforms and systems
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across implementations
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Looker Studio and Tableau
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Build client data literacy through practical guidance, training, and best practices
- Partner with project teams to deliver high-quality analytics work and strong client outcomes
- Support analytics scoping, estimation, proposals, and client presentations
- Help shape and expand Forum One’s analytics offerings and consulting capabilities
Team Management
- Manage and mentor a small team of analysts
- Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development support
- Help balance workloads across multiple client engagements
- Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented team environment
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in digital analytics, data strategy, or marketing analytics
- Experience in a consulting, agency, or professional services environment
- Experience supporting nonprofit and/or public sector clients
- Strong client management, communication, and consulting skills
- Experience leading analytics workstreams across multiple projects
- Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Tableau, and related analytics platforms
- Familiarity with AI visibility and emerging analytics trends preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- U.S. citizen or legal resident able to work domestically
- Ability to attain a low-level security clearance
