Manager with Turkish - Supply Chain/ Order Management Responsibilities Lead and oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring efficient order execution from creation to delivery Manage, mentor, and support a team responsible for order processing, customer communication, and issue resolution Ensure product availability by collaborating with Supply Chain and Planning teams, analyzing stock levels and sales forecasts Monitor order execution, delivery performance, and customer service KPIs to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction Act as the main escalation point for complex customer issues, delays, shortages, and return processes Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Logistics, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams Drive continuous process improvements to optimize workflows, service quality, and operational efficiency Support reporting, performance analysis, and preparation of operational insights for leadership teams Ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, and service level agreements (SLAs) Lead onboarding, coaching, and development of team members while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken) Minimum 5 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, procurement, or a related operational environment, including team management experience Previous experience in a shared services environment (SSC/BPO) will be highly preferred Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines Advanced knowledge of MS Office , especially Excel Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems will be considered an advantage Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive operational improvements We Offer Comprehensive onboarding and support to help you succeed in your role Opportunity to shape and lead a team in an international environment Technical or managerial career development opportunities Private medical care and life insurance Flexible working hours and a stable employment environment Opportunity to work with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams Friendly, highly skilled, and collaborative team environment Great atmosphere and comfortable working conditions in a well-located office in Kraków Integration events, soft skills development, and a dynamic non-corporate culture
