Job Description
Title: Temporary Executive Assistant to C-Suite Level Executives
Overview
Looking for an experienced, highly organized, collaborative, and responsive Executive Assistant to support C-Suite Executives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience supporting senior level executives, in a fast-paced environment. CPG and/or luxury background is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Senior Executive including managing calendars, completing expense reports and submitting expenses for reimbursement, drafting communications, arranging travel plans, and agendas
- Plans, coordinates, prioritizes, and ensures the Senior Executive’s schedule is followed and respected. Provides a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the Senior Executive’s time and office
- Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Senior Executive’s with Senior leadership, team members and others, on matters related to Senior Executive’s schedule, planning and logistics
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Senior Executive’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support
- Plans agenda, takes notes, and communicates follow-up actions following meetings
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Plans monthly departmental events involving the Senior Executive, including, but not limited to, department-wide meetings and meeting with key department team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of executive/C-Suite level support experience required
- Expert level of skills in written and verbal communications
- Outstanding and demonstrated organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and quality
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to take a proactive approach to problem-solving with decision-making capability and a sense of urgency
- A true team player with a highly collaborative mindset
- Extreme discretion and confidentiality are required
- Must be polished, articulate, and possess good judgment
- Must have the ability to follow up on deliverables, as well as multitask and handle changes and shifting priorities in a positive and constructive manner

Estimate Pay Rate: $28-30/hour
Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more
