Job description

Interwood Mobel is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Corporate Sales who will drive revenue growth by managing corporate client relationships, ensuring high sales performance, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role involves strategic planning, sales forecasting, tender preparation, and ensuring efficient sales operations while meeting organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive corporate sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share. Achieve sales targets by maximizing revenue from both existing and new corporate clients. Oversee front-end sales of commercial business, ensuring alignment with back-end design support. Ensure timely response to client queries, provide quotations, and collaborate with the costing department to maintain stable gross margins. Review tenders, prepare bidding documents, and ensure successful submissions. Drive initiatives that ensure a consistent and superior customer experience, from lead generation to post-sale support. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Ensure the maintenance of profitability by monitoring pricing strategies and cost efficiencies. Oversee the training and development of the sales team to ensure individual and team sales goals are met, fostering a high-performance culture. Lead, mentor, and manage the corporate sales team to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate sales, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or construction materials industry. Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and handling high-value corporate accounts. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills & Competencies: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to analyze complex sales data and market trends to make informed decisions. Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office suite. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
