Technical Project Manager (m/w/d) - Dutch Speaker

In this role, I was responsible for coordinating the upgrade of the One Identity IAM platform to version 10, acting as the bridge between architects, engineers, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across all workstreams.

Key responsibilities included:

• Coordinating end-to-end IAM upgrade activities across multiple technical teams
• Managing stakeholder communication and aligning technical solutions with business requirements
• Identifying dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks to ensure controlled execution
• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and the business project manager
• Facilitating clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Applying a pragmatic, hands-on approach to project coordination and delivery

This role required a strong combination of technical understanding, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills within an Identity & Access Management environment.

• Proven experience coordinating IAM platforms / IT upgrades across multiple teams
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and technical environments
• Ability to manage stakeholders and act as bridge between business and IT
• Skilled in identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to ensure smooth delivery
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum or hybrid project environments
• Pragmatic, hands-on mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
