Job description

Key Responsibilities Perform detailed data reconciliation between internal records, financial statements, and external data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies in financial and operational data. Maintain accurate documentation of reconciliation processes, findings, and resolutions. Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to improve data quality and streamline reconciliation procedures. Prepare reports summarizing reconciliation results and escalate issues as necessary to management. Assist in the development and implementation of data control policies and frameworks to ensure ongoing data integrity. Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to data reconciliation and financial controls.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in data reconciliation, accounting, finance, or related roles. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP software. Ability to identify discrepancies and problem-solve effectively. Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
