Sales Administrator/Title Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Administrator / Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to supporting dealership operations with accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities Process and maintain automotive/RV title paperwork accurately and efficiently Assist with dealership sales administration and office support Review and organize sales documentation for completeness and compliance Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping systems Coordinate with internal departments and outside agencies as needed Support daily dealership operations with additional administrative duties including greeting customers and answering the phone What We’re Looking For A dependable team player with a strong work ethic Someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment A candidate who values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork Experience with Vitu / Dealertrack

Experience with automotive or RV title processing preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Achievement-oriented with a positive and professional attitude Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and customer service skills
