The Role We’re looking for a skilled Bartender with a good understanding of mixed drinks and round-building to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll craft quality drinks and uphold the high standards our bar is striving for. You’ll play an important part in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable bar service for both guests and the team. What You’ll Do Quickly and precisely serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to the highest standards of flavour and quality consistency. Demonstrate precise attention to detail in cocktail batching, making and garnishing. Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth and professionalism. Keep the bar neat, clean and fully stocked throughout service. Collaborate with the bar team and Kevin Armstrong of Satan's Whiskers to bring creativity and consistency to the cocktail menu. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to uphold a safe and welcoming environment.

At least 1 year of experience in a cocktail bar or high-end restaurant environment. Solid understanding of classic cocktails and spirits. A genuine passion for drinks and delivering outstanding guest experiences. A collaborative team spirit and a desire to improve. The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. Eligibility to work in the UK, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Competitive Pay & Earning Potential £15.50 – £16.50 per hour depending on experience, including a discretionary share of the service charge (tronc). Hours & rota: full‑time, 4-5 day workweek including evenings and weekends; rotas shared in advance. Sundays off. Holiday: 28 days per year, including public holidays (pro rata).
