Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in managing financial operations, vendor relationships, and payment processes? We’re looking for a Home-Based Accounting Specialist to join our DCX team. In this role, you will oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, maintain accurate financial records, support vendor and client communications, and contribute directly to the success of our partner’s operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• AR/AP for IE and TB Clients

• Manage AP/AR Inboxes

• Follow Company Guidelines and Confidentiality at all times.

• Respond to clients daily via email.

• Process payments from clients daily.​

• Pay vendors biweekly and/or as needed.

• Enter invoices daily for TB into QB

• Enter bills daily for IE- Syncore

• Experience in Quickbooks - desktop

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.  

• Experience: 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent. 

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.  

• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:     

  • Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc. 

  • Proficiency in using QuickBooks Desktop/Online (2+ years of experience)

  • In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation. 

  • Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job. 

  • Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet payment deadlines. 

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are a plus but not required. 

WHAT WE OFFER 

• Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - 43,000

• Job Type: Full-time 

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
