Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated full-time Bioinformatics Analyst to join our team, initially on a contract basis with the possibility of transition to a permanent position. Our lab focuses on understanding how the bone marrow microenvironment shapes hematopoiesis and leukemia, with a strong emphasis on single-cell and spatial approaches. The successful candidate will lead the computational analysis of single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, and T cell receptor (TCR) sequencing datasets, with a particular focus on integrating cellular states, clonal architecture, and spatial organization.

This is a highly collaborative research environment with access to unique human datasets and ongoing projects in leukemia and bone marrow biology. The position offers the opportunity to work at the interface of computation and biology and to contribute to high-impact studies.

  • Link T cell clonality with transcriptional states
  • Collaborate closely with experimental team members to guide study design and data interpretation
  • Contribute to manuscripts and collaborative research projects

  • Master’s degree in computational biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field
  • Experience with single-cell data analysis using Seurat, Scanpy, or similar tools
  • Experience with TCR/BCR analysis is highly desirable
