We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Commercial Team Lead to join our fun, professional and dedicated Shops Department based here in Hong Kong. Our Shops Department oversees the end-to-end grocery and retail partners’ operations and businesses, from partners identification & signing to onboarding & account management. The Shops Strategic Partnerships Department focuses on creating premium experiences for foodpanda's top tier grocery and retail partners. We own the growth and development of these partnerships, striving to achieve and expand our win-win relationship to maximize profitability and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Overseeing sales & key account management growth in achieving business objectives;
  • Leading the Sales & Key Account Management team to sign retail vendors matching the foodpanda mall overall growth strategy;
  • Work closely with top vendors to grow and maximize their business on the foodpanda mall platform, troubleshooting their problems, and achieving win-win results;
  • Create and execute new and innovative commercial plans and projects which aligns with our business goals and direction;
  • Continuously improve existing processes to drive efficiency;
  • Identify, understand and provide insightful ongoing market trends and market & competitor updates;
  • Represent & champion the platform and it’s business objectives. Lead the Sales and Key Account Management team to deliver and achieve business objectives by coaching, training, tand uplifting the team.
  • More than 5 years of experience and track record in sales, commercial and people management experience;
  • Experience in retail, consumer goods startups, or ecommerce industry is an absolute advantage;
  • Solid capability of strategic thinking, performance management and financial/budgeting processes;
  • Strong capability in building and executing strategy around revenue growth and key accounts performance with a data driven mindset;
  • Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred
  • Passionated, assertive, hands-on, dynamic and with a strong drive;
  • Self-motivated and with the ability to motivate others;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork and presentation skills;
  • Start-up mindset – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
