[LTA-TRO] EXECUTIVE/ ENGINEER, KPE/MCE MANAGEMENT

[What the role is]

You will be part of the team responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of maintenance programmes and activities for Singapore’s road tunnel mechanical systems and associated facilities, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the road tunnel network.

[What you will be working on]

• Planning, managing, and administering maintenance contracts for tunnel mechanical systems and related infrastructure

• Monitoring and assessing equipment performance, reliability, and maintenance effectiveness through the establishment and review of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure maintenance works are carried out in compliance with contract specifications, safety requirements, and project timelines

• Supporting upgrading, renewal, and improvement projects for road tunnel systems and facilities

• Working closely with internal LTA divisions, external agencies, consultants, and contractors to coordinate maintenance and engineering activities

• Leveraging digital and technological tools such as Power BI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and AI-enabled solutions to enhance maintenance processes, data analytics, reporting, and operational efficiency

• Reviewing emerging engineering technologies and recommending innovative solutions to improve the reliability, sustainability, and maintenance regime of tunnel systems

• You will gain valuable exposure to large-scale tunnel infrastructure systems, including ventilation, drainage pump systems, fire protection systems, and integrated monitoring and control systems.

[What we are looking for]

• Knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related engineering discipline

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems such as pump systems, ventilation systems, or building services systems

• Interest in digitalisation, automation, and data-driven engineering applications

• Familiarity with AI tools, Power BI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or basic programming/coding knowledge will be an advantage

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team environment

• Good writing and presentation skills

• Ability to perform occasional night duties and weekend works when required

• Experience in maintenance or contract management will be an advantage
