The product portfolio is aligned around critical NBCU functions such as Content/Title Management, Data & Analytics, Scheduling & Distribution, and Content Sales.
The Business Systems Analyst supports Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) by ensuring the effective execution of technology programs and process improvement activities in support of strategic business objectives around the Content Supply Chain. This role collaborates with leaders and stakeholders across UDX to ensure proper cross functional coordination and execution across delivery teams from initiation to completion. This role will be in constant communication with clients, provide front line support for new user onboarding, troubleshooting, and user documentation.
Essential Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operational teams to shape, prioritize, and execute UDX Content Supply Chain initiatives, ensuring alignment to short- and long-term business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Assess current-state business processes and user workflows, identify gaps/root causes (system defects, configuration, training, or operational constraints), and drive cross-functional solution design through implementation and adoption.
- Lead requirements discovery with stakeholders (workshops, interviews, journey mapping), document functional/non-functional requirements, translate needs into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria, and maintain traceability from request through delivery.
- Manage delivery plans across multiple workstreams by defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing; track progress against timelines and SLAs; proactively surface risks/issues; and provide clear status reporting to partners and leadership.
- Create and maintain user-facing materials (SOPs, quick reference guides, release notes, and training content) by translating product deliverables into clear documentation that supports onboarding, change management, and self-service support.
- Own day-to-day platform administration, including new account provisioning, role-based access control, user/group setup and maintenance, license/access audits, and coordination with security/IT to ensure compliance with access and data governance standards.
- Maintain and optimize platform configuration and user experience, including front-end/page administration (pages, spaces, navigation), workflow and configuration settings (notifications, email templates, schedules), and routine regression checks to ensure stable operations.
- All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors' Degree in computer science or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, or analytical skills
- 2+ years' experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, project or program management, and strong formal presentation abilities
- 2+ years hands-on experience with emerging media technology products and workflows
- 2+ years' experience in product development, including requirements analysis, specification development, user design, and implementation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in building business cases, and evolving program strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and strategically oriented individual with exposure to all stages and aspects of program management
