About the location:
Luxurious mountain lodge in the heart of the American West. Adventure for every season awaits, complemented by luxurious guest rooms and onsite amenities.Responsibilities
Creates a strong sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant and banquet guests by welcoming them to the hotel and safely parking their car in the hotel or local garage.
Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the area and its attractions.
Drives car to hotel or local garage, adhering to all traffic regulations, and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle and other vehicles in the vicinity.
Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests when Door Staff is unavailable.
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible;
- Resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, in-house events, etc.
- Opens hotel doors for all guests and gives verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving guest cars.
- Hails taxis as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
As the first and last impression of the Resort, this department carries a special responsibility .We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Good communication skills are required.
This position requires the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs.
Positions requires up to 8 hours of standing and walking.
Valid US drivers license required.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
