You’ll join a global, cross-functional team that values rigour, curiosity and working close to real-world challenges. Whether your focus is AI, climate, product or operations, you’ll have space to contribute meaningfully and make an impact from day one.
If you’re excited by complex problems and want to help reshape how nature is valued in real-world decision-making, we’d love to hear from you.
ROLE PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Treefera is a dynamic organisation focused on efficiency, team unity, and a positive work environment. We seek someone highly organised, emotionally intelligent, and adept at prioritising and handling communication with discretion. This role suits someone who enjoys a flexible, fast-paced setting and values autonomy. We are building something exceptional and need a team member who will help keep the Founders focused, streamlining the way we operate, and creating an environment where a fast-growing team can do their best work.
Must-have requirements
- 2 years' experience as an EA, PA or Team Assistant, with exposure to office management in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Confident managing complex, ever-changing diaries for two Founders.
- Highly organised with strong time management and a natural ability to anticipate what's needed before being asked.
- Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal) with sharp attention to detail.
- Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and trusted with sensitive information.
- Comfortable juggling competing priorities and adapting quickly when things shift.
- Self-sufficient and proactive - someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be directed.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack and similar productivity tools.
- A genuine team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and support wherever needed.
- Creative when it comes to team engagement - bringing fresh ideas to socials and initiatives that bring people together.
- Someone who takes pride in making the office a place people genuinely enjoy coming to.
Desirable requirements
- Experience managing more than one executive
WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES
Executive Support
- Direct EA support to the Founder & CEO and Co-Founder & CRO.
- Managing complex, fast-moving diaries — scheduling and prioritising meetings across multiple time zones and adapting plans at short notice.
- Arranging travel, accommodation and logistics for business trips end to end.
- Preparing agendas, briefing notes and presentations ahead of key meetings.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact between the executives and internal and external stakeholders.
Office Management
- Planning and coordinating team events, workshops and away days that bring people together and keep morale high.
- Supporting new starter onboarding - from equipment and account setup to making sure their first day feels seamless.
- Keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly, topping up the snacks and drinks, maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment for the team and visitors.
- Handling mail, deliveries and document distribution as required.
- Coordinating office moves or reconfigurations when needed.
This is a part-time role working 3 days per week. The postholder is expected to be present in the London office for a minimum of 2 days per week, with the remaining day worked remotely at the discretion of the line manager.
