Job Duties and Responsibilities EchoStar is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Assoicate to join our TA Shared Services team. In this role you will work alongside preboarding experts dedicated to providing a seamless experience for EchoStar’s new hires. This high-volume, high-visibility position offers the chance to apply your expertise in relationship management, clear communication, and precise attention to detail. Supporting our high-volume frontline recruiting function, you will collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and various business partners across the entire organization. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate onboarding calls and send out new hire first day details to our Frontline CXO and Sales new hires Maintain a working knowledge of EchoStar HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting and preboarding Foster and sustain strong partnerships with primary business stakeholders and auxiliary units that collaborate with internal support teams, including HR Operations, Training, and Tech Enablement Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency Support onboarding related projects with the business as needed Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and progressive experience 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, HR operations, or high-volume service delivery environments Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities Ability to effectively respond and interact with all levels of the organization Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and Google Suite Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements Proven ability to anticipate obstacles and proactively implement solutions Positive, adaptable mindset with the ability to champion change and support adoption of new processes or tools High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results Visa sponsorship not available for this role Salary Ranges Compensation: $27.02/Hour - $32.00/Hour Benefits We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: EchoStar Benefits .
