The Project Coordinator is responsible for processing weekly & biweekly payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies. This role involves validating time entries, reconciling payroll data, supporting union payroll, certified payroll , and resolving employee pay discrepancies. The associate works closely with operations, HR, and finance teams to ensure accurate headcount and labor reporting. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., Kronos/UKG and ADP) are essential. This role plays a key part in maintaining payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely employee compensation in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
