Job Description:

The Marketing Manager for Spravato is responsible for leading the brand strategy and driving execution to achieve sustainable business growth. This role manages a marketing team and works cross-functionally to deliver impactful, compliant, and insight-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of the Spravato brand strategy and annual marketing plan
  • Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team; set priorities, coach, and build capabilities
  • Drive brand performance through strong business analysis, forecasting input, and KPI management
  • Generate actionable insights from market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Medical, Sales, Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain, Global) to ensure aligned execution
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives with a focus on quality, impact, and compliance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders including KOLs and treatment centers
  • Lead key projects and represent the brand in cross-functional teams

Role Requirements:

  • Deep expertise and extensive hands-on experience in marketing (minimum 8+ years of practical experience).
  • Proven ability to rapidly establish strong relationships with KOLs; plan, organize, and execute large-scale marketing initiatives, working closely with Sales to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Strong ability to work side by side with Sales to diagnose business challenges, develop actionable solutions, and partner deeply with Sales to drive issue resolution.
  • Preferably, rich experience in Psychiatry or in new product launches.
  • Ability to collaborate with a broad range of internal and external partners.
  • Fluent in English, with strong professional communication skills.
  • Innovative and resilient mindset, with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
