Forklift Operator - Shipping Department

You’ll be running forklift in our Shipping department, moving finished product through the warehouse and getting it ready to ship. This role stays on the shipping side — once parts are finished, you’re handling where they go next. Some days you’ll spend more time in the aisles; other days it’s loading trucks — it depends on what shipping needs. Shifts Available: Shift 21: 6:00am - 6:00pm, Friday - Sunday ((+$3.50/hour shift differential) Starting Rate of Pay: $19.25 - $20.80 per hour base depending on experience Day-to-day looks like: Move finished product throughout the warehouse Put product away and pull it from racking Stage pallets for outgoing shipments Load trucks when they arrive Equipment You’ll Use Narrow aisle forklift for racking and pulling product Stand-up forklift for moving product across the floor Sit-down forklift for staging and loading trucksd quantities prior to shipment

6 + months of forklift experience required Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently, following all company safety guidelines Ability to use tablets, scanners, and computer systems for data entry and work assignments Familiarity with pallets, containers, and shipping materials used in warehouse operations Basic math skills for calculating weights, dimensions, and load placement Ability to work independently and make decisions regarding workflow priorities Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a forklift Ability to occasionally lift or move containers weighing up to 65 lbs. Frequent handling of materials, pallets, and shipping containers Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes
