Events Marketing Manager

As a manager, you’ll help manage our presence at fairs, festivals, community events, and trade shows—while coaching your team, uplifting morale, and keeping energy high. You’ll be a hands-on leader who supports reps, ensures booth excellence, and drives strong lead results. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Marketing Representatives at events using our 7-Step Framework Model high-energy engagement by interacting with homeowners and supporting your team on-site Ensure booths are set up professionally, on-brand, and ready for high-traffic environments Support staffing schedules, event coordination, and daily shift operations Track team performance and provide real-time feedback to help reps hit lead goals Maintain strong relationships with event coordinators, and internal leaders
