Sales Associate – Prime & Super-Prime Residential Real Estate Greece Sotheby’s International Realty Athens & Nationwide – Full-Time or Part-Time Greece Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading luxury brokerage in Greece, is seeking ambitious and service-oriented Sales Associates to support our continued growth in the prime and super-prime residential market . You will represent exceptional homes, work alongside top-performing agents, and develop deep market expertise within a trusted global brand known for integrity, discretion, and excellence. Responsibilities Represent prime and super-prime residential properties with professionalism and market insight. Manage clients both sellers and buyers across the entire sales cycle, including home valuations, inquiries, viewings, follow-ups, negotiation support, and closing coordination. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, briefs, and property insights. Collaborate with senior agents and receive structured mentoring and training. Maintain accurate records in our CRM and follow internal processes consistently. Uphold high ethical standards, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Build strong, long-term relationships with both buyers and sellers.

Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Service-oriented mindset and ability to inspire trust. Strong organisational skills and disciplined follow-up. Ability to learn quickly in a high-performance environment. Professional presence, reliability, and commitment to quality. Experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury sales, or client-facing roles is considered an advantage.
