Job description

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Management team in daily business operations. The ideal candidate is dynamic, motivated and capable of taking initiative in a demanding business environment. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant / Administrative role for CEO or General Manager Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or any related field Fluent English (written & verbal) and excellent Microsoft Office skills Strong sense of initiative with the ability to work proactively and independently Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure Elegant professional presence and communication style Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on responsibilities Responsibilities Calendar, meeting, travel arrangements and coordination Administrative and secretarial support Commercial correspondence and communication handling Proactively support Management in daily operations and business priorities Anticipate needs, follow up on pending matters, and ensure smooth office coordination Take ownership of tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes We Offer We offer a professional and dynamic working environment, opportunities for professional growth and career advancement, and the chance to work closely with Management in a role with active involvement and responsibility.
