Job description

Kody is seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Officer to support our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating HR processes and managing daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage office supplies, coordinate facilities management, and support general office administration. Support payroll processing, MPF and benefits administration. Handle employee inquiries and provide HR administrative support. Participate in ad-hoc tasks

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has strong communication skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration or office management. Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and Human Resources practices in Hong Kong Proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation and positive working attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Familiarity with Google workspace, slack, HRIS Immediate availability will be a plus
