Overview Join an onsite team that plays a critical role in coordinating patient care across the healthcare system. 💻 Work Style: Onsite 📍 Location: Gainesville, FL 🕒 FTE: Full-Time (.9 FTE) The UF Health Transfer and Patient Flow Center Registered Nurse coordinates all external and internal patient transfers across the UF Health system, ensuring seamless access to care across hospitals, campuses, and care settings. Provides “one-call” access for referring physicians and facilities, facilitating timely connections to the most appropriate UF Health facility, service line, and provider based on patient needs, system capacity, and clinical capabilities. Collaborates with clinical teams, physicians, and operational leaders to optimize patient flow, support capacity management, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care coordination across the enterprise.
