Position Title: Receptionist Position Type: Full; 35 Hours/Weekly; Some evening coverage as needed Benefits Eligible: No Location: Toms River, NJ (Some travel between offices in Berkeley & Point Pleasant) Department: Outpatient Salary: $15.00 Hourly Responsibilities: Answer phones Greet consumers Schedule appointments and follow up with consumers as needed Accurate handling and storing of medical Handle incoming mail and ensure proper routing Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed Handles consumer requests and forwards to corresponding staff

High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent communications skills
