Our client is a leading iGaming solutions provider offering a comprehensive range of products for online casinos and sportsbooks, including game aggregation, payment integration, licensing support and turnkey platform development. The company specializes in innovative technologies such as AI-powered analytics and crypto-friendly systems, serving clients across Europe, Asia and Latin America. As the business continues to scale and expand into new regulated markets, we are now looking for a proactive Lawyer.

Higher legal education At least 2 years of experience in iGaming industry Experience drafting agreements is highly preferred Fluent English and Russian Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and learn quickly Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment Not afraid to take initiative and ask questions Responsibilities: Provide legal support for the Company’s ongoing and new iGaming projects, ensuring legal security of new initiatives; Advise management and internal teams on legal and regulatory matters and support business development from a legal perspective; Draft, review, and amend contracts with clients and third-party service providers; Monitor gambling regulations and industry developments across key gaming jurisdictions; Ensure and monitor the Company’s compliance with licensing, regulatory, AML/KYC, and responsible gambling requirements in licensed markets; Assist in developing and updating internal legal policies and procedures.
