This role involves applying high-quality paint coatings to various products and components to ensure durability, aesthetics, and compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining our company's reputation for excellence and quality across our manufacturing divisions. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas before paint application. Apply paint coatings using spray painting equipment to achieve smooth, even finishes. Inspect painted surfaces to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment regularly. Follow all safety protocols when handling paints, solvents, and related materials. Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and project requirements. Maintain accurate records of painting activities and materials used.

Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of different types of paint products, application techniques, and finishing processes. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to painting operations. Ability to interpret work orders, technical drawings, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes. Good physical condition to perform tasks that may involve standing, bending, and lifting. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
