Job description

Interwood Mobel is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and delivering an excellent experience to our clients. You will act as a central link between Sales, Factory, SCM, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of orders and seamless communication. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate sales team activities by managing schedules, maintaining records, and sharing critical updates. Follow up with Sales, Factory, and SCM teams to track order status and readiness. Monitor and update open orders, ensuring timely coordination with factory and delivery teams. Track project progress and proactively address any operational issues. Prepare and maintain complete project documentation, reports, and execution plans. Manage cross-functional coordination to resolve operational challenges effectively. Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain office decorum and ensure adherence to company discipline standards. Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team. Assist the Key Account team in driving order conversions and client coordination. Development of weekly and monthly sales plans to ensure target achievement.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the furniture or design industry. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
