✅ What We’re Looking For 🔧 Required Qualifications Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and operate machinery Basic math skills (including measurements and unit conversions) Ability to read and follow instructions, safety procedures, and specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication skills and teamwork mindset Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently ⭐ Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience in manufacturing, converting, or production environments Familiarity with winding equipment or Elsner machines Mechanical troubleshooting or machine adjustment experience 💪 What Sets You Apart Strong work ethic and dependability Problem-solving mindset Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
