Material Handler Lead (Forklift) – 3rd Shift 📍 Port Washington, WI 🕐 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (+$0.50/hr shift premium) At Kleen Test Products , we manufacture trusted disinfectants and household cleaning products used every day. We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused leader to keep materials moving, support production efficiency, and guide a team of forklift operators on 3rd shift. Candidate must be readily available for an in-person / on-site interview. 👉 Hear directly from our team about what it’s like to work at KTP: Material Handler video 🚜 What You’ll Do As a Material Handler Lead, you’ll play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly while leading from the floor. Operate a sit-down electric forklift safely and efficiently Lead and support forklift operators in supplying production lines Coordinate material movement, inventory flow, and outbound shipments Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to meet production demands Provide real-time coaching, direction, and support to team members Ensure accurate lot tracking for all materials and packaging Use RF scanning technology (aScan system) for inventory management Uphold safety, PPE, cGMP, and quality standards at all times Communicate across teams to resolve issues and drive efficiency ✅ Must-Have Qualifications These are critical to success in this role: Proven forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Experience leading, training, or mentoring team members on the floor Strong attention to detail in inventory tracking and documentation Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced setting Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining professionalism ⭐ Preferred Qualifications These will help you stand out: Experience in a regulated environment (cGMP, food, pharma, etc.) Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems Experience supporting production-driven operations 💡 What Sets You Apart We’re looking for someone who brings both operational strength and leadership presence: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Clear and confident communication across teams High level of accountability and ownership Organized, dependable, and safety-focused mindset 🚀 Why Join KTP?
