About the Role We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our high-demand orthopedic team. This role encompasses the full breadth of general orthopedic care — both surgical and non-surgical — for a highly active patient population. With access to digital imaging, MRI, in-house physical therapy, and affiliated ambulatory surgery centers, you will manage conditions ranging from fractures and degenerative joint disease to sports injuries and soft tissue pathology. Key Responsibilities • Provide surgical and non-surgical management of general orthopedic conditions across a high-volume, musculoskeletal-focused population • Perform outpatient orthopedic procedures at affiliated ASCs and collaborate closely with in-house PT and imaging teams • Lead and contribute to evidence-based MSK care, sports medicine, and injury prevention initiatives • Utilize EPIC/MyChart EHR to optimize care coordination, documentation, and pre/post-operative workflows • Serve as a referral anchor for primary care providers managing fractures, joint pain, sports injuries, and orthopedic conditions across the full spectrum of care • Maintain productivity expectations aligned with MGMA benchmarks

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery Unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain) Commitment to equity, kindness, teamwork, and excellent clinical care
