We're launching an exciting new Holiday HQ Summer Camp for children aged 4â12 and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Adventure Camp Manager to lead the way.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead the team, oversee daily operations, support children and families, and ensure every day is packed with energy, adventure, and unforgettable memories.
đ About the Role
As Adventure Camp Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall operation of the camp, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for every child.
You'll lead and inspire a team of Activity Coaches, oversee daily camp operations, support excursions, and act as the key point of contact for parents and carers.
đ Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Activity Coaches
- Oversee the day-to-day running of camp, ensuring activities run smoothly and safely
- Create a positive, energetic, and inclusive camp culture
- Manage camp routines, schedules, and daily operations
- Act as the main point of contact for parents and carers on site
- Support and resolve incidents, concerns, and escalations professionally
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies are followed at all times
- Play a key role in delivering safe and well-organised excursions
- Maintain high standards of care, engagement, and customer experience

Experience We'd Love to See

This role requires compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
Successful applicants will be required to:
- Provide two satisfactory references, including one from their most recent employer
- Undergo an Enhanced DBS check
- Provide documentation to support identity, right to work, and vetting requirements
