AI Programme Owner

We’re looking for a senior leader to drive our AI Transformation Programme across the business. This is a strategic role focused on AI roadmap, governance, adoption, and cross-functional transformation — not a developer role. What we’re looking for: • Proven experience leading digital or AI transformation programmes • Strong stakeholder and programme management skills • Experience with governance, policy, and strategic decision-making • Ability to align executive and operational teams Nice to have: • UAE PDPL knowledge • Experience with Azure AI, Claude, or similar platforms • Real estate, asset, or facilities management exposure If you’re interested in building and leading an AI transformation journey from the ground up, we’d love to connect.
