Job description
The HR Business Partner is responsible for all aspects of employee and labor relations to include recruiting, onboarding, administration of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee engagement, community outreach, training and development, benefit administration, compensation administration, organizational development, compliance of local policies and processes, and other duties as assigned. The HR Business Partner is a liaison between employees, managers, and leadership in the organization.
